The Warehouse District is where The Commons came to life—and continues to evolve. These adaptive reuse buildings now house a diverse mix of businesses: fitness studios, skilled trades, recreational venues, creative makers, and more.



Featuring four warehouse buildings—each roughly 30,000 SF—the district is home to over 30 active tenants and 400+ jobs. Businesses like Gym Blue, Sora Aerial Arts, Battle Axes, and Glass Doctor give the space its daily rhythm and creative pulse.

It’s not just where people work—it’s where things are made, ideas are tested, and Lexington’s entrepreneurial spirit is on full display.
