We're excited to announce the latest addition to The Commons community - Gym Blue, an innovative fitness concept that opened its doors in November 2023 at 170 Turner Commons Way Suite #140. Founded by Lexington natives Ashley and Dale Beatty, this state-of-the-art facility brings a fresh approach to fitness and wellness to our development. The facility's strategic position within The Commons makes it easily accessible for both local residents and visitors.

Earlier this year, we celebrated a pivotal moment at The Commons as RD1 Spirits broke ground on their highly anticipated $4.8 million brand destination. The 10,215-square-foot facility will serve as an anchor tenant in our entertainment district, marking a significant milestone in both The Commons' development and Lexington's bourbon heritage.
