We're excited to announce the latest addition to The Commons community - Gym Blue, an innovative fitness concept that opened its doors in November 2023 at 170 Turner Commons Way Suite #140. Founded by Lexington natives Ashley and Dale Beatty, this state-of-the-art facility brings a fresh approach to fitness and wellness to our development. The facility's strategic position within The Commons makes it easily accessible for both local residents and visitors.

Staff Hours:

  • Monday-Friday: 8am-8pm

Pickleball Kingdom is coming to The Commons, bringing a premier indoor pickleball facility to Lexington. Set to open in the summer of 2025, the 42,300-square-foot space will feature 17 professional-grade courts, tournaments, leagues, and community events.
